摘要
在飞轮壳上预置测点,研究与某牵引车传动轴配套的飞轮壳发生破裂的原因。通过应变测量及信号处理,给出测点的振动动态应变比较曲线以及在原地和道路两种工况下测点的振动动态应变频谱图,经过试验分析得到飞轮壳发生破裂的部位以及原因。
Experimental study on flywheel housing with test points presented, the breaking-down reason of flywheel housing which installs on drive shaft of one tractor was researched. Through strain-measurement and signal processing, curvedline of dynamic strain of the test points were compared,and spectrums of test-points' dynamic strain were described under road operating mode and the rear axle hanging mode. The findings of this study provided the position and reason of flywheel housing' s breaking-down.
