摘要
对于轻型车用增压中冷柴油机,应用真空驱动的弹簧膜片式EGR阀,真空度由控制器根据输入的电压信号量决定,从而控制EGR阀的开度,研究了在不同工况下EGR阀的流通特性,分析了柴油机的HC、CO、NOx排放,烟度和比油耗随EGR率的变化规律。
To the light heavy vehicle, high pressure EGR is carried out by inducing the exhaust before the turbocharger into the intake air 'after the compressor. A membrane EGR valve, which is balanced by the spring and the vacuum, is applied. The vacuum is determined by the input voltage signal from the ECU, which then controls the EGR valve lift. The flow characteristics of EGR valve are investigated under the different operating conditions. And the changing regulations of HC, CO and NOx emission,smoke,and specific fuel consumption with EGR rate are analyzed.
