摘要
设计了基于电动转向的教练车副转向系统。介绍了转向台的结构和主要组成部分。建立了以副转向盘的转角为输入、车辆主转向柱的转角为输出的线性系统模型。进行了主转向盘对各种输入条件下的响应试验,试验结果表明,在各种条件下,主转向盘都能很好的实现对副转向盘的跟随,即使在阶跃输入下两个转向盘之间的最大角度差仅为3°。
This article has designed training car' s vice-steering system based on the electric power steering. The main structure and constitution of the platform has been introduced. The system can be simplified into a linear system model, with steering angle indicating input and the angle of vehicle' s steering column representing. By the tests of the main steering wheel's responding to several inputting conditions, we can find that, the main steering wheel can follow the vice steering wheel well. Even under the step input,the biggest angle difference of the two steering wheels is 3°.
