鼻咽癌组织中Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2蛋白(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)和半胱氨酸天门冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶(Caspase-3)蛋白表达及其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测26例鼻咽癌活检组织和10例鼻咽炎组织中Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3的表达情况。结果在鼻咽炎组织中Bcl-2在大多数基底层细胞表达,Bax则在黏膜各层均有表达,Caspase-3在鼻咽炎黏膜组织中有染色反应;鼻咽癌组织中Bcl-2的表达高于癌旁组织和鼻咽炎组织;Bax和Caspase-3的表达低于癌旁组织和鼻咽炎组织,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3可能共同参与了鼻咽癌的细胞凋亡过程。 Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), and evaluate their roles in the development and progression of NPC. Methods The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was detected by immunohistochemical method in 26 biopsy specimens of NPC and 10 biopsy specimens of nasopharyngeal epithelia. Results In nasopharyngeal epithelia,Bcl-2 was expressed in the basic cells while Bax in the whole layer of the epithelia,and Caspase-3 was expressed in epithelia as well. The expression of Bcl-2 in the tissue of NPC was higher than that in the paratumor nasopharyngeal epithelia while the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 was lower. Conclusion Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 might participate in the course of cell apoptosis of NPC.
