摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定伊维菌素的含量。以２４５ｎｍ为测定波长。在５～３０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内线性关系良好。片剂的平均回收率为９９．０５％，ＲＳＤ为０．８２％。
Spectrophotometric determination of ivermectin and its tablets was stu died , using detection wavelength of 245 nm. The standard curve was linear within 5￣30 μg/ml. The average recovery of ivermectin tablets was 99.05%. RSD was 0.82%.
