摘要
在碱性溶液中经加盐和氯仿提取后采用HPLC法,用Shim-Pack,CLC-ODSC18柱,以0.01mol/L溴化四甲基铵溶液(HOAc调节pH=3)-甲醇(42∶58)为流动相,能使小儿镇咳合剂中磷酸可待因得到很好的分离。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.95%。
Anticough mixture for infant is a complex preparation containing codeine phosphate and other active ingredients.A HPLC method with Shim Pack,CLC ODS C 18 column and 0.01 mol/L tetramethyl ammonium bromide (adjusting to pH3 with HOAc) methanol (42∶58) as the mobile phase was used for codeine phosphate determination after pretreatment with CHCl 3 extration in alkaline solution.The calibration curves showed a good linearity ( r =0.9999),The average recovery and the RSD were 100.1% and 0.95%,respectively.
