摘要 目的:探讨AQP4与Kir4.1在大鼠眼内的定位分布及二者的共表达.方法:用免疫组织化学及激光扫描共聚焦显微技术检测AQP4与Kir4.1在大鼠眼内的分布.结果:免疫荧光显示,AQP4与Kir4.1在大鼠视网膜和睫状体内的分布形式相似;免疫荧光双标显示,AQP4与Kir4.1在视网膜Mller细胞及睫状突无色素上皮细胞的顶膜面及基底膜面呈重叠分布.结论:AQP4与Kir4.1在大鼠视网膜Mller细胞及睫状突无色素上皮细胞共表达,提示二者可能具有协同作用,参与房水的产生以及视网膜内水、K+运输平衡的调节. AIM: To investigate the distribution and co-localization of AQP4 and Kit4. 1 in the frozen sections of rat eyes. METHODS: The indirect immunofluoresence was used to, detect the distribution of AQP4 and Kit4.1 in the rat eyes, and double immunofluorescence was used to determine their co-localization. RESULTS: AQP4 and Kit4. 1 were distributed together in the retinal neural layers and the ciliary non-pigment epithelial cells of rat eyes. The double labeling of AQP4 and Kit4. 1 showed that AQP4 and Kit4.1 were co-localizated in the membrane of Müller cells and the basal membrane or the topic membrane of ciliary non-pigment epithelial cells. CONCLUSION: This co-localization of AQP4 and Kit4.1 in the rat eyes suggests their coupling functions in the generation of aqueous fluid and the process of water and K^+ transporting balance of Müller cells.
