摘要
目的:去甲肾上腺素对吗啡成瘾大鼠束旁核痛反应神经元电活动的影响.方法:以串刺激刺激右侧坐骨神经为伤害性刺激,用玻璃微电极细胞外记录大鼠束旁核痛反应神经元电活动.结果:去甲肾上腺素使吗啡成瘾大鼠束旁核痛兴奋神经元诱发放电潜伏期延长,诱发放电频率降低,抑制痛兴奋神经元电活动.同时使痛抑制神经元抑制时程缩短,诱发放电频率增加,促进痛抑制神经元活动.结论:去甲肾上腺素抑制吗啡成瘾大鼠束旁核痛反应神经元诱发放电,具有镇痛作用.
AIM: To study the effects of norepinephrine (NE) on the activity of pain-related neurons in parafascicular nucleus (Pf) in morphine-dependent rots. METHODS: Trains of the electric pulses applied to the fight sciatic nerve were used as noxious stimuli, and the discharges of neurons were led out at one time by extracellular recording method with two glass microelectredes in Pf. RESULTS: Intracerebroventricular injection of NE resulted in an inhibition of evoked response of the pain-excitation neurons (PEN) as well as an excitation of evoked response of the pain-inhibition neurons (PIN) in Pf in morphine-dependent rats. CONCLUSION: NE can inhibit the evoked response of painrelated neurons in Pf, so that it is antinoxious in morphine-dependent rats.
