摘要
提出了利用同时采样模数转换器对步进电动机电流进行数字化处理的方法。介绍了MAXIM1310芯片的特点,分析了传统步进电动机细分控制电路的原理,就其组成的驱动电路讨论了电流波形修正方法,实现从程序算法角度去修正驱动电流使达到理想的波形,从而更加有效地抑制转矩波动,提高步进电动机的运行平稳性。
A numerical method of processing division electric current waveform for stepping motor phase winding based on simultaneous sampling ADC is proposed. Firstly, this paper introduces the charactor of MAXIM 1310, and analyses the principle of traditional microstepping motor driver circuit, then the method to amend stepping motor subdivision waveform is given. The subdivision current amended by program algorithm is applied to restrain the toque vibration effectively, improve the velocity stability.
