摘要
对小型永磁直流电动机温升试验中电阻法测量的准确性和电气间隙、爬电距离测量位置及其方法提出建议。由于封闭式电机结构不能直接抬起电刷,致使温升试验开始与结束状态电枢电阻的测量位置很难一致,所以比较实用的方法是采用热电偶法测量。对于电气间隙和爬电距离安全要求,在贯彻GB4706.1条款规定中,因影响因素较多,且小型有刷电机结构尺寸小,内部微环境污染等级可达3级,对最小电气间隙和爬电距离不易确定。因此对以上涉及有关标准予以探讨,以求解决问题。
The accuracy of resistance method for temperature measurement and position and method of measuring clearance and creepage distance to small PM DC motors are proposed in this paper. Owing to it don't take up carbon brush of enclosed motor, lead to inconsistency of resistance measurement in test temperature at beginning and finish. It takes thermocouple probe method is practicaler at present. As a result of manifold factors of stipulations to operating on clearance and creepage distance in GB 4706. 1 and the comstruction of small brush motor is little, micro-environmental pollution comes up to 3-grades, so clearance and creepage distance are defined difficult.
