摘要
目的:通过本实验,测定出新鲜草乌的表观毒代动力学参数,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:用两次给药的小鼠急性死亡率法测定了新鲜草乌水煎剂总成分的表观毒代动力学参数。结果:新鲜草乌水煎剂符合二室动力学模型,消除相半衰期为2.0962h,LD50为90.50g/Kg。结论:新鲜草乌毒性较大,在煎煮12h之后,毒性明显降低,但仍然具有一定的毒性,使用时仍应注意用量。
Objective: In this experiment, to test fresh out of the apparent poisoning bulleyaconitin pharmacokinetic parameters for clinical reference for rational drug use. Methods : twice - daily regimen of acute mortality determination of fresh water decoction bulleyaconitin showed the total composition of the apparent poisoning pharmacokinetic parameters. Results : bulleyaconitin fresh water decoction fits with a two - dynamics model, the elimination half - life is 2. 0962h, LD50 of 90. 50. Conclusion : Fresh Aconitum Kusnezoffii has greater toxicity, after 12 hours decocting, toxicity decreased significantly, It still has a certain degree of toxicity, such attention should be paid to the amount used.
