应用大孔吸附树脂柱层析法对西双版纳产绞股蓝总皂苷吸附性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用HPD100型大孔吸附树脂柱层析对西双版纳产绞股蓝总皂苷的吸附与解吸附性能进行了实验研究。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定西双版纳产绞股蓝总皂苷的含量;用柱层析法研究HPD100大孔吸附树脂柱对绞股蓝总皂苷的吸附性能以及洗脱参数。结果:西双版纳产绞股蓝总皂苷含量较高,为6.55%,绞股蓝总皂苷比吸附量达30.3mg/g,50%乙醇的解吸率为83.05%,绞股蓝总皂苷纯度可达84.18%. The ability of the absorption of the total glycosides from the extracts of Xishuangbanna' s Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Makin has been studied by using macroporus resin. (type: HPD100). Methods: UV spectrometric method was used to analyze the contents of Gypenosides (GP). The adsorption of the Gypenosides were also determined by the macroporus resin. The quantity of the Gypenosides form the Xishuangbanna' s Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makin is as high as 6. 55%, the ratio absorption of the GP is about 30.3% and the disabsorption ratio is 83.05% when elucidated with the 50% alcohol, and its purity reached 84. 1%.
