摘要
SG3525是一种应用广泛的PWM集成控制芯片,在介绍SG3525的功能特点以及IGBT驱动模块的基础上,详细阐述了基于SG3525为控制核心的大功率开关电源的设计。该电源主电路采用半桥式逆变电路,应用反馈手段和脉冲调制技术实现电压的稳定输出。最后,给出了试验结果。试验表明,该电源具有良好的性能。
SG3525 is a integrated PWM chip with wide-ranging application. This paper introduces the functions of SG3525 and the drive modular of IGBT, elaborates the design of high-power switching power supply based on SG3525. The half-bridge inverter is used for the power circuit. We get stable output by ,using the methods of feedback and pulse-width modulation. At last ,the result of the experiment has been given. The experiment shows that the power supply is of excellent performance.
