摘要
研究了从葡萄糖酸发酵的工业废菌丝生产葡萄糖氧化酶的工艺条件。通过有机溶剂沉淀、聚乙二醇二次沉淀、羟基磷灰石柱色谱分离,可得到比活性超过190U/mg蛋白的产品。
The production of glucose oxidase (GOD) from industrial waste mycelium was studied.The obtained waste cell extract containing GOD was treated by a combination of cold ethanol precipitation,PEG fractionation and chromatography on hydroxyapatite to afford a final product with a specific activity of 190 U/mg protein.
