南通市卫生资源分布公平性分析

Analysis on the equity on health resource distribution in Nantong City

[目的]通过对南通市7个县、区、市(县级市)医疗卫生资源现状普查,分析评价全市卫生人力资源、床位资源及大型医设备的人口和地理分布公平性,旨在为该市区域卫生规划、优化卫生资源配置提供科学依据。[方法]在描述性分析的基础上,采用自编应用软件计算基尼指数评估卫生资源公平性。[结果]南通市医生、护士、床位的历年人口公平性系数均低于0.35,历年地理公平性系数均低于0.45。[结论]目前南通市的卫生资源之间的结构基本合理,但各种资源的分布存在不平衡性。

Objective To evaluate the equity of health resource distribution in Nantong City and provide the scientific basis for policymakers to optimize the allocation of health resources. Methods Based on describing the general situation of health resource, the equity of health human resource allocation was evaluated by Gini coefficient which was calculated by the special application software. Result The Gini coefficient of population （no. of physicians, nurses and hospital beds） is under 0.35 in the past years, and finding of geography area is under 0.45. Conclusion The equity of health resource distribution in Nantong is reasonable, but imbalance exists between various health resource.
