解磷细菌接种对热研2号柱花草生长与土壤酸化的效应 被引量:8

摘要 将热带牧草根际筛选出的2株高效解磷细菌接种到热研2号柱花草根际进行盆栽试验,结果表明,2株解磷细菌GI26和GI943均可以高效溶解难溶性磷酸盐,尤其在低磷胁迫下,可有效提高热研2号柱花草根际和土壤的pH值,从而在一定程度上减缓热研2号柱花草种植过程中导致的土壤酸化现象;同时,2株解磷细菌均能显著促进柱花草的植株生长和生物量、植株磷素营养积累、土壤有效磷含量的提高,尤其是株高和植物含磷量。 The aim of this study focused on the inoculation with two inorganic phosphobacteria strains, including GI26 (Bacillus spp. ) and GI943 (Serratia spp. ) influence the growth of Stylosanthes guianensis Reyan No. 2 and ameliorate soil acidification using pot culture in greenhouse. The results indicated that the GI26 and GI943 had high phosphorus-solubilizing ability. They could raised pH of the stoylo rhizosphere obviously, particularly at lower P level, indicating that phosphorus-deficiency stress is favorable for the bacteria strains to relieve the soil acidification problem for S. spp. growing. It was also showed that inoculation of phosphobacteria strains had promoted the growth and increased P content of the stoylo cultivars, as well as the available phosphorus of rhizosphere.
