摘要
对氨苄西林钠电位滴定法的４个影响因素用正交试验法进行了研究。研究选定的试验条件同英国药典（１９９３年版）基本一致。
In mercuric complex potentiometry of ampicillin sodium, orthogonal experimental design showed that titration time, temperature and pH of buffer solution had big effect on determination. The method derived from optimization was concordant with that in BP (1993).
