PPARα对高糖高脂培养的乳鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)的核内激活对高糖高脂培养的乳鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响.将培养的乳鼠心肌细胞分为:(1)正常组(N组);(2)高糖组(G组);(3)高脂组(L组);(4)高糖高脂组(H组);(5)高糖高脂+Wy14643组(I组);TUNEL法和流氏细胞术检测细胞凋亡,免疫细胞化学法检测各组细胞PPARα蛋白的表达部位,Western blotting检测各组细胞PPARα蛋白的表达程度.结果:H和L组凋亡细胞增多(与N组比较P<0.01),PPARα蛋白表达有所增加(与N组比较P<0.05),胞核阳性染色深;I组心肌细胞的凋亡数目较之H和L组下降(P<0.01),胞核PPARα蛋白表达有所增加(与H,L组比较,P<0.05).结论:胞核PPARα的表达增高可抑制高糖高脂培养的心肌细胞凋亡,有可能参与机体对高糖高脂血症的自我保护过程.
