调控纤维蛋白水平对炎性疾病的影响及潜在应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)即凝血因子I,是迄今为止知道的最为混杂的蛋白质分子之一。目前越来越多的证据显示,Fg及其降解产物在炎性疾病中发挥重要的作用,包括对炎症途径的影响、免疫调节作用等,特别是最近的研究还发现,降低Fg水平对炎性关节炎还可能具有一定的治疗作用。笔者就调控纤维蛋白水平在炎性疾病中的作用进行讨论。
