摘要 以实现大规模定制模式下的绿色设计为目标,将环境影响因素纳入产品族规划的考虑范畴,从拆卸性能、回收性能、环境影响以及经济性能4个方面对产品族内部结构单元的绿色性能进行量化分析.在对量化结果进行相关性分析的基础上,运用模糊聚类的方法对产品族结构单元实例进行归类处理,筛选出满足客户绿色性能需求的实例参与配置设计,给出一种面向绿色设计的产品族规划方法.最后以自动豆浆机产品族的规划为例,对文中方法进行了验证与分析. Targeting on realizing green design for mass customization, environment factors are taken account into product family planning. Quantitative analysis is given about green performance of inner structural units of product family from four aspects: disassembly performance, recycle performance, environmental influence and economic performance. Based on the correlation analysis on quantified results, fuzzy cluster algorithm is applied to classify the product family structural unit instances. The instances satisfying customer's green performance requirements are chosen to participate in configuration design, and a green design oriented product family planning method is given. Taking the product family planning of automatic soybean milk maker as an example, the above-mentioned method is validated and analyzed.
