论县域经济发展与新农村建设的良性互动

On the Better Interaction between County Economic Development and the Building of Rural Areas

发展壮大县域经济,加快社会主义新农村建设,是我们党在社会主义现代化进程中统筹城乡发展,确保全面建设小康社会目标任务实现的重大战略部署。县域经济发展与新农村建设两者存在内在有机联系。文章着重论述两者密切关联的具体表现,在实现两者良性互动问题上存在的问题以及有效实现两者良性互动的思路和做法。

Promoting county economic development and speeding up the building of new socialist rural areas is the major strategic plan for the CPC to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas and to ensure the realization of the objective of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the process of socialist modernization. There is an inherent organic link between county economic development and the building of rural areas. This paper focuses on the specific performance of the two close links and the exiting problems in realizing the better interaction of the two and its effective ways.
