摘要
根据处方中主要化学成分的性质及临床疗效相应的药效学实验为指标，对三种提取工艺进行筛选．并进一步以黄芪甲甙含量、正丁醇提取物含量和薄层层析图谱为指标用正交试验L9（34）法对提取工艺条件进行优化研究．
The optimum extraction process was selected from three extraction methods according to the characters of main chemical components in the prescription and pharmacodynamic test corresponding to the clinical curative effect. Futhermore,the conditions of extraction process selected were studied with orthogonal test,using the contents of astragalin A and amout of n -butanol extract,and TLC as indexes.
