摘要
沙棘油作水包油到乳剂所需乳化剂的亲水亲油平衡值为15,卵磷脂与吐温-20(1:6.76)组成的复合乳化剂最合适.用正交法优选出沙棘油乳剂制备工艺的最佳条件为:干胶法,分二次加水,乳化温度为70℃,搅拌时间为5min。
It is essential that hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of emulsifying agent equal to 15 for preparing Shaji Oil into oil - water type of emulsion. the co - emulsifying agent composed from lecithin and tween-20(1:6, 76) is the most available. The best condition of preparing Shaji Oil Emulsion selected by orthogonal design is the method:to fadd water in twice,to regulate emulsification temperature (70℃) and time (5min).
