The investigation and awareness of the non-English postgraduates＇ English learning can help to design and improve their teaching programs and to promote their English learning skills. In this paper, questionnaire and interview, those two methods are used to survey the motivation of non-English postgraduates＇ English learning, English learning program and other aspects of investigation. The paper analyzes the in common problems in English learning and its countermeasures.
