Information technology has become the essential means of classroom teaching. Better understanding and using the information technology is the prominent subject for the reform of classroom teaching in higher institutions. This paper probes into the thinking of the reform of using information technology to teach and study in accordance with the misunderstanding exists in the application of information technology in classroom teaching, and points out the new strategy of how to use information technology to serve the classroom teaching in the higher institutions.
