摘要
运用计算机辅助设计技术,可以大大简化冗余度操作臂的开发过程,大幅度缩短其研发周期和降低开发费用,提高产品性能,获得最优化和创新的产品。文章以一种冗余度轴孔装配机器人操作臂为例,在UGNX环境下对其结构设计展开研究,初步验证了其项技术的可行性。
Applying CAD technologies can greatly simplify the process of exploring redundant manipulators, shorten its exploring cycle, and reduce its exploring cost. It also can improve products properties, and acquire optimization and innovation products. The paper takes a Peg-hole assembling manipulator for example, and studies its structure design based on ugnx. The technology was proved to be feasible.
