摘要
分别讨论了一齿差摆线行星齿轮理论齿廓半径、针齿套半径、偏心距和短幅系数对齿廓外形的影响,计算得出:针齿套半径与理论齿廓半径的变化将主要影响齿廓的大小,但两参数的变化对齿廓大小的影响趋势相反;而偏心距和短幅系数主要影响齿廓的形状。分析结果为摆线行星齿轮的设计和机加工过程中的废品诊断提供了可供借鉴的理论基础。
The effect of tooth profile radius, pin gear radius, eccentric distance and short-amplitude factor to the gear profile of cycloid gear were discussed. It is concluded that the gear profile was affected by the pin gear radius and tooth profile radius, but the effects of them are on the contrary. The shape of gear profile is af- fected by the eccentric distance and short-amplitude factor. The results will provide some useful advice to the cycloid gear design and fault diagnosis.
