单缸柴油机主轴承盖的工艺方案分析及工装设计 被引量:2

摘要 主轴承盖是单缸柴油机支承曲轴的重要零件,其加工精度直接影响柴油机的性能,为了寻求一种能适应中小企业、经济合理的主轴承盖加工工艺方案,对目前生产该零件的工艺方法进行了调查,对实际的不同机械加工工艺从成本、规模、加工精度方面进行了分析,提出了保证加工精度的措施和适合目前生产状况的经济型工艺方案,设计了关键工序的夹具和钻孔工装,并对其进行了相关分析说明。 M ain bearing cap is a important part of the crankshaft in a single cylinder diesel engine. It' s machining precision has a direct effect on the performance of diesel engine. To develop a economic and reasonable process suitable for mid-and small-scale enterprise, The current manufacturing processes were investigated,and the cost and machining precision were analyzed,a improved process to assure manufacturing precision and decrease cost was developed based on this work. The fixtures of two key processes were designed and the analysis of them was given in this paper.
