摘要
文章结合锥面自动磨床的控制方式,研究人机界面页面控制程序的设计方法。通过逐步分析触摸屏开机画面、主菜单、动作调整画面及其子画面、基本自动循环控制界面、全自动循环控制界面、参数调整工作界面的PLC程序结构,总结了触摸屏与PLC有机结合的实用编程途径。该设计方法已经在批量生产的锥面磨床上获得应用。
This paper researched the program design method to control the pages of man - machine interface according to the control forms of automatic cone face grinder. In this paper, the program structure about touch screen pages, such as power on, main menu, act adjustment, automatic circle and parameter adjustment, is ana- lyzed step by step, then an applied way to write the PLC program closely integrated touch screen is advanced. This design method is used for internal cone face grinder by batch process.
