摘要
针对小批量、多品种生产中存在的样本数据量小,难以推广统计质量控制的缺陷,在分析轴类零件的特征信息模型基础上,应用相似系统理论,确定了轴类零件车削加工的相似性,检测出相似工序零件的质量特征数据;利用公差系数法,将质量特征数据转化为在区间(0,1)内的统计量,这样扩大了其样本容量,使统计质量控制技术能方便的运用在车削加工中。
It is difficult to apply SQC under multi-type and small batch condition because of small sample. This paper is introduced feature information model of axis parts. Based on analogical theory, turning processing analog of axis part is decided, quality feature data is measured and transformed into statistics data between the zero 0 and 1. So sample size is enlarged and it is convenient of applying SQC in turning processing.
