摘要
对高炉Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的失效原因进行了分析,认为浇注料的失效主要与水泥失效有关,浇注件中氯离子过量也会影响凝固的效果。通过加入少量铝酸钙水泥,可以使得失效浇注料重新产生强度,投入使用后,无不良影响。
The invalidation reasons of Al2O3-SiC-C castable used in iron runner of blast furnace are analyzed in the paper. The results show that the invalidation of castable is mainly related with the alumina cement. Besides, the existence of ultra-volume Cl-ions may affect the solidification of castable as well. By adding a little amount of new calcium-alumina cement, the strength of castable can be recovered and it has no bad effect after application.
