40例寻常型银屑病患者血清锌和PASI评分相关性分析 被引量:10

ANALYSIS OF LINEAR CORRELATION BETWEEN ZN AND PASI IN 40 PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS VULGARIS

摘要 目的:观察寻常型银屑病患者进展期、稳定期、消退期血清锌与银屑病的相互关系,进一步探明银屑病的病因和发病机制。方法:对40例银屑病患者各期行PASI评分,对银屑病患者各期和对照组用原子分光光度法检测血清锌值。结果:银屑病患者在病程中血清锌较对照组显著降低,各组间有显著性差异(P<0.01);对银屑病患者血清锌与PASI评分进行直线相关分析得:进展期R=0.641、稳定期R=0.749、消退期R=0.717,P<0.01。结论:银屑病患者血清锌较正常人显著降低;锌与PASI评分呈正比关系。 Objective: To analyse the correlation between serum zinc and psoriasis vulgaris in active stable and resolution stages. Methods: Psoriasis area and severity index (PASI)in was scored in each stage,of 40 patient with psoriasis vulgaris;serum zinc content was detected through atomic absorption spectrometer in atients and healthy people.Results: Serum zinc was obviously decreased in course of psoriasis vulgaris comparing with healthy people;there were significant differences between different groups (P〈0.01).The correlation coefficient between psoriatic serum zinc and PASI of active,stable and resolution stages of psoriasis vulgasis was R = 0.641,0.749,0.717 respectively (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Psoriasis vulgaris serum zinc is obviously decreased comparing with healthy people; serum zinc and PASI is in positive correlation.
