高速锤锻造成型的1Cr12Mo钢叶片的性能研究

摘要 对高速锤锻造的1Cr12Mo钢制鼓风机叶片进行了调质和锻造余热空冷淬火,测定了叶片的常温和低温力学性能,结果表明,经高速锤锻造的1Cr12Mo钢叶片的常温和低温力学性能均达到了鼓风机叶片的要求,而且叶片的组织比未经锻造的1Cr12Mo钢试样更加细小致密。 High-speed forged vanes of 1Crl2Mo steel used in the blower were quenched and tempered and were waste-heat hardened in air after forging. The mechanical properties of vanes at normal and low temperatures were measured. The results show that the above properties of high-speed forged vanes accord with the demands of vanes used in blower, and that the microstructure of vanes is fine and compact as compared with that of 1Crl2Mo steel specimen without being high-speed forged, high-speed forging; vane; 1Crl2Mo steel
