摘要
目的评价金属钛夹对急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)的疗效及安全性。方法在电子胃镜下对52例ANVUGIB施行金属钛夹止血治疗,观察止血效果及有无并发症。结果所有ANVUGIB病例经胃镜下金属钛夹治疗后立刻止血。仅有2例术后再次出血,再次给予钛夹钳夹后成功止血。所有病例术后恢复良好,无穿孔等并发症。结论金属钛夹治疗AN-VUGIB疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective To evaluate the effect of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding （ANVUGIB） treated by endoscopic clips. Methods Total 52 cases ANVUGIB were treated by endoscopic clips, and the effect of stanch bleeding were observed. Results All patients were achieved hemostasis at once, only 2 cases rebleedinged and were treated successfully by clips again. No complications were observed. Conclusion Endoscopic clips are effective and safe to therapy ANVUGIB.
