摘要 节约用水、保护环境是化工企业面临的共同问题。结合陕西华山化工集团复肥厂150kt/a硫酸、130kt/a磷酸二铵和100kt/a磷酸一铵装置,以及与磷铵装置配套的磷酸装置的污水排放情况和生产特点,探讨了综合利用这些污水、实现零排放已采取的措施和试验简况。真空过滤机的冲盘污水是磷复肥装置最大的污水源,针对转台式真空过滤机的冲盘污水在MAP生产中采用了新的封闭循环工艺流程,取得了较好的效果。 Saving water consumption and protecting the environment are common concerns of chemical enterprises.With reference to the effluent discharge and operation characteristics of the 150 kt/a sulphuric acid plant,130 kt/a DAP plant,100 kt/a MAP plant,and the associated phosphoric acid plant of Shanxi Huashan Chemical Group Corp.Compound Fertilizer Factory,the measures taken as well as the test conducted for comprehensive utilization of such effluent to achieve zero discharge are discussed.The major source of effluent from the phosphate & compound fertilizer plant comes from the flushing of pans for vacuum filters.New process flow of closed circulation is used in the MAP production against the effluent from pan cleaning for Ucego filters,and good effects are achieved.
