摘要
本文试图从本性、欲望、智力、士气、人心、情感、素质、关系八个方面分析人本管理的内涵以及"人""本"之间的相互关系。同时文章阐述了人本管理的发展性要大力并从培育企业文化、重视个体需要、企业管理体系角度凸现人本管理的理论模式架构。
The paper tries to nature, desire, intelligence, morale, the people, emotional, quality, human relations, and other aspects of the management of content, as well as "people", "this" between the mutual relations. At the same time the article discusses the development of the people management. We should build up an enterprise culture and attach importance to individual needs.
