The Infringement of Farmer Labors' Right and How to Protect them

国家对农民工劳动权益问题十分重视并在制度层面做出改革,但农民工的诸多权利问题还没有得到很好解决。通过分析农民工权利受到侵害的主要表现及其原因,对于如何维护农民工权利,提出了具有实际意义的对策。

The state government has attached great importance to the benefits of farmer laborers and has implemented reform in concerned system. But there are still a number of the problems related to the laborers＇ rights that have not been satisfactorily resolved. This paper analyzes the major forms and causes of the infringement of farmer laborers. Then it proposes some practical measures on how to protect their rights.
