摘要
随着社会的发展,女性从事科技工作的数量在逐年增加。女科技人才除了要承受职业角色带来的压力,还要时时受到社会、家庭等对其作为"女性的"压力。为了了解女科技人才的素质状况,在山东省选取2020名男女科技人才做样本,对他们进行了卡特尔十六种人格因素测验量表测验。测查统计发现:男女科技人才在从事工作性质等方面存在明显差异。为此对优化女科技人才素质提出建议:建立女科技人才心理健康保障机制;提高基础研究类女科技人才的成就动机;加大对女科技人才素质的培养力度。
To know the quality level of female Sci - Tech talents, a survey is conducted on a sample of 2020 subjects of male and female skilled personnel in Shandong province. The results based on the measurements of Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire show that male and female skilled personnel differ significantly in terms of the nature of their work and other respects. Drawing on the tlndings, this paper suggests that the strength of the qualities of female skilled personnel requires: to establish the guarantee mechanism of the mental health of female skilled personnel; to advance the achievement motivation of female skilled personnel engaged in basic research; to emphasize on the cultivation of the qualities of female skilled personnel.
