调查显示,妇联干部呈现年轻、政治文化素质较高、职业认同感较强和健康状况较好等特点。在妇女组织的基本职能认知方面,妇联干部对妇联工作方针的了解非常广泛且比较深入,但对妇女组织的基本职能和男女平等时代意义的了解还显不足。76.7%的被调查者认为目标明确、任务具体是妇联工作绩效高的首要因素,而影响妇联工作绩效主要有,制度不健全、领导班子凝聚力不够和决策不民主。
The investigation shows that these female cadres share some commonness, for instance, they are young, enjoy comparatively higher political and cultural qualities, much stronger professional sense of approval, and better health condition. The cadres have more knowledge on the work policy of women' s federation, but their understanding of the basic functions of women' s federation and the time significance of gender equality is rather limited. 76.7 percent of the subjects think that clear goal and specific task are the main factors bring about high performance of women' s federation, unsound system, low united ability of cadre and non - democracy on decision - making the unsound system, poor cohesive force of the leading group and non - democratic decision - making can result in ineffective achievements.
