一种小眼井固井用聚合物柔性水泥浆

A Flexible Polymer Cement Slurry Used in Slim Hole Cementing

为了满足小眼井固井施工的要求,开发出了一种聚合物柔性水泥浆。其主要组分为5%阴离子型丁苯胶乳SDJR(固含量为40%～45%)、0.5%混杂增韧纤维SDXW和1.0%弹性橡胶颗粒SDXJ,并优选出了与胶乳配套的稳定剂、分散剂和消泡剂。该水泥浆性能评价结果表明,其具有抗温耐盐、流变性好、失水量小、零自由水、稠化时间可调、防气窜等特点,能实现在较低返速下的紊流顶替,并且水泥石的抗压、抗折强度高、柔韧性强。该聚合物柔性水泥浆满足小井眼固井的要求,在小井眼固井中有很好的应用前景。

A flexible polymer cement slurry containing 5% ionic butadiene styrene latex SDJR(solid concentration 40%-45%),0.5% fibrous material SDXW for strength enhancement,and 1.0% elastic rubber particles SDXJ,was developed for use in slim hole cementing operation.Stabilizers,dispersants and defoamers used with the slurry were also selected.The slurry can be used in high temperatures and high salinity environment.Turbulent displacement at low flow rates can be achieved with this slurry.The set slurry had a high compressive strength and flexibility.This cement slurry had found wide application in slim hole cementing operation.
