摘要
针对重庆地区废弃钻井液的性质,通过对水泥、粉煤灰和石膏等为主的不同固化配方的研究,获得了适用于重庆地区废弃钻井液固化处理的最佳配方。该配方能有效降低COD值、浊度和色度,只要根据原钻井液的性质进行微调,便能得到较好的固化坯体。该配方操作工艺简单,处理费用低,可以从根本上解决钻井液污染治理问题,适用于含油量小的钻井液的处理,其浸出液达到了国家污水综合排放一级标准。
Based on the properties of the waste muds in Chongqing area,an optimized formulation of a waste muds solidifier was developed through laboratory studies on the different formulations consisting cement,fly ash and gypsum.This formulation can reduce the COD value,turbidity and colourity of waste muds,with the quality of the leachate of the waste muds satisfying the requirements imposed by national regulation.This solidifier was suitable for use in the treatment of low oil content drilling fluids.
