本文对高校核心竞争力的重要意义、构成要素及提升策略等问题进行探讨,揭示了高校核心竞争力在解决高等教育诸多矛盾问题、确立争创一流大学正确方向、提高国家综合国力等方面的重要意义;分析了优势的学科专业、有效的大学管理、独特的校园文化等是高校核心竞争力的构成要素;阐明了加强科学定位,突出办学特色,制定战略规划,整合学校资源,强化创新意识,注重制度创新等高校核心竞争力的提升策略。

This paper makes some researches on the great significance of the core competitive force of colleges and universities, its constituents and promoting strategies, which proclaim the importance of the core competitive force in solving many problems of higher education, clarify the orientation of building the first-class university so as to improve the comprehensive national forces of our country, analyzes that the priority subjects and majors, effective managements and the unique campus culture are the constituents of core competitive force ,and also expounds the promoting strategies of strengthening the scientific position, highlighting the operating characteristics, making important plans, integrating teaching resources, intensifying innovating awareness, paying attention to the new ideas of the system, etc.
