摘要
作为培养学生扎实的医学理论知识与科学的临床思维能力的一门学科,内科学的教学方法面临着更高的要求与挑战。POL/PBL,即问题导向学习法/问题为基础的学习法,是一种以问题为驱动力,以培养学习者问题意识、批判性思维技巧以及问题解决的实践能力为主要目标的学习方法。灵活运用POL/PBL模式,优化内科学教学,对于培养学生良好临床思维模式起着非常重要的作用。
As an important part of science to acquire knowledge of medical theory and scientific abilities of clinical thought, the internal medicine is now facing a greater requisition and challenge in teaching method. In POL/PBL students use " triggers" from the problem case or scenario to define their own learning objectives. PBL is an effective way of delivering medical education in a coherent, integrated program and offers several advantages over traditional teaching methods.
