摘要
通过介绍加拿大护理研究生教育体系,分析其护理研究生教育特点:目前加拿大具有比较完善的护理研究生教育体系;国内政治、经济和护理专业学会对研究生教育的发展都产生重要影响;研究生教育尚不能满足社会需求;正面临信息化、国际化与多元化的挑战。
This paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics and system of nursing graduate education in Canada. The Canadian nursing graduate education has achieved remarkable progresses, which has been greatly influenced by national politics, economy and nurses association. However, nursing graduate education in Canada has not yet met the needs of the society and is faced with the challenges of informationization, internationalization and diversified cultures.
