摘要
叙述了静电的产生、消散与积聚,静电的放电和引燃条件,以及静电事故的预防。预防石油库静电事故的发生,要从静电的产生和消散入手,控制输送油品的流速,避免喷溅式装油,做好金属油罐、管路、装油罐车等静电接地和防雷电接地,在爆炸危险场所应设人体消除静电装置。
This paper introduces static electricity gen eration, removing, accumulation, discharge, ignition, and its prevention. To prevent the oil depot accidents, some measures are offered from static electricity generation and removing, such as controlling oil velocity, avoiding oil splash, grounding mental tanks, pipelines and oil tankers for static electricity and lightning protect, and discharging from human in explosion areas.
