摘要
超临界CO2萃取技术在天然香料领域的应用越来越广泛。本文按香料植物器官分类,对超临界CO2萃取技术在天然植物香料提取方面的最新应用研究进行了总结,同时对超临界CO2萃取的技术特点和工业化前景进行了分析和展望。
As a new separation technology, supercritical CO2 extraction was applied widely in natural aroma separation. In this paper, the latest research activities and progresses in supercritical CO2 extraction of aromatic plants are summarized. The character of the technology is analyzed and the feasibility of industrialization is reviewed.
