围绝经期妇女220例取宫内节育器临床分析

Clinical analysis of removing embedded intrauterine device in 220 cases of perimenopausal-period women

目的分析影响围绝经期妇女取器的因素,提高宫内节育器取器的安全性及成功率。方法对我院220例围绝经期妇女取器情况进行调查分析。结果绝经期后,取器困难例数明显增加,绝经前期、绝经期、绝经后期取器困难发生率差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);随着带器年限的增加取器困难率上升;人工流产后取器困难率明显高于月经后和哺乳期闭经,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论医务工作者应严格掌握置器手术适应证,建议对带器时间长者应在育龄中期换器一次,以保护妇女生殖健康。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors for removal of embedded intrauterine device （IUD） in perimenopansal -period women in order to improve safety and successful rate of removing IUD in these women. Methods The data of removal of IUD in 220 eases of perimenopausal - period women in this hospital were analyzed. Results The removal of IUD was more difficult in post - menopausal women than that in pre -menopausal and menopausal women, and their difference in difficulty was remarkably significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） . The difficulty in removal of IUD was higher in those with longer time for embedded IUD. The rate of difficulty in removal of IUD in women after artificial abortion was higher than that of those after menstruation and amenorrhea during lactation, there was significant difference among them. Conclusion We should strictly master the indication for embedding IUD, and IUD should be changed once again in reproductive age women keeping IUD for long time, in order to protect their reproductive health.
