四种标志物联合检测区别结核性胸水与癌性胸水

The significance of combined detection of four markers in pleural fluid in differential diagnosis between lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis

目的研究胸水中4种标志物联合检测对于在鉴别肺癌与肺结核诊断与治疗中的意义。方法68例确诊为肺癌,54例确诊为肺结核的患者,检测胸水中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、葡萄糖(Glu)的浓度。结果肺癌组CEA、CA19-9、Glu明显高于结核组,ADA检测结果明显低于结核组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论4种标志物联合检测对于在鉴别肺癌与肺结核诊断与治疗方案的确定有重要意义。

Objective To explore the significance of combined detection of 4 markers in pleural fluid （PF） in differential diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The levels of four markers （ CEA, CA19 - 9, ADA and glucose） in PF were examined in 68 cases of lung cancer and 54 cases of tuberculosis for reference. Results The values of markers were significantly different（ P 〈0.05 ） between these 2 diseases. Conclusion The combined detection of four markers in PF has significant value in differential diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis.
