组织知识管理战略的概念模型 被引量：5

摘要 本文从组织智力资本入手,分析了组织知识管理战略的结构,具体阐述了组织知识流、信息技术基础以及和谐组织文化,得出了成功的组织知识管理应当是重视培育和谐组织文化、提供配套的信息技术和完善的组织知识活动操作流程的结论。
