摘要
中国-东盟教育合作有着共同的政治、经济和文化预期;其行为方式主要有单边、双边、多边及互认、互动、互控等;现行规则包括磋商、准入、争端和差异性规则。推进中国-东盟教育合作需进一步加强目标机制、磋商机制和服务机制的建构。
Education collaboration is a common expectation between China and ASEAN. The main collaboration methods include unilateral arrangement, bilateral arrangement, multilateral arrangement, inter-recognition, inter-communication, and inter -control. The current policies are rules for negotiation, admittance, disputation and differences. We suggest that it is important to have collaboration targets, negotiation policies and service framework for China and ASEAN Education Collaboration.
